Dreamy Creamsicle Juice and Easy Orange Peeling Tip

Did you enjoy dreamsicles when you were younger? I definitely did! My elementary self bought one every Friday on ice cream day and my middle school self bought one as often as I had extra money to spend on dessert. Check out the corresponding throwback photos below.

As delicious as dreamsicles are, they are no longer a part of my diet. Actually, I cannot recall the last time I had a dreamsicle and am not sure if they still make the delectable orange cream duo. That being said, just because I cannot find them does not mean that I don’t crave them. Luckily, I can cure dreamsicle cravings with a much healthier yet just as dreamy, creamsicle juice. Yum!

Ingredients:

  • 4 Sweet Potatoes
  • 3 Large Apples (I used Gala)
  • 5 Anjou Pears
  • 1 Head of Celery
  • 4 Large Oranges

Directions:

  1. Wash, peel and chop as necessary.
  2. Juice fresh produce in your juicer and enjoy!

Note: This recipe makes approximately 90 ounces of juice. Plenty to share or to store for drinking at a later time.

Easy Orange Peeling Tip

Since the Dreamy Creamsicle Juice includes oranges, I thought it would be fun to share an orange peeling tip to help speed up the process. Here’s to peeling oranges with ease! 🙂
