Fit For The Holidays Day 3

Hey guys! Welcome to Day 3 of the Fit For the Holidays Series! How are things going for all of you? If you are participating in the series, I’d love to hear any feedback you may have!

For today’s workout, you can expect another quick yoga routine that was designed to challenge your muscles and your mind, dissipate stress and promote relaxation at the very end.

On a slightly different note, how is the holiday season going for you? Do you have a favorite holiday tradition? I love many traditions but I think one of my favorites is baking and decorating sugar cookies!

Great video! Loved Buddy in this one!! Haha!

    • Thank you Bethany!!! Haha, he definitely likes to make an appearance! I’m starting to think he believes he is helpful or something! 😉

  • Hi Kiley!
First – yesterday I clicked on your profile and found out you are already… and now i don´t know exactly, but… 25 years old, maybe? What a shock, you definitely look younger! I think most of the people i know have the opposite problem – maybe they should practise more yoga 😀 I also found out you´re already a certified trainer – that explains a lot. I was wondering lately, how is it possible for you to speak and workout (or focus on your breath) at the same time – now i know 😀
But back to the workout – I really ejoyed this one 🙂 I guess I´m getting used to the quicker pace, which gets my heart pumping a little + the child´s pose at the beginning and the savasana at the end… It´s just a perfect combination. 🙂
And my favorite holiday tradition? I don´t eat sweets, so no baking for me, but I really like wrapping the presents – maybe even more than opening them 😀
Thank you for another great workout and have a nice day 🙂
PS: I´m sorry for all the mistakes. As you´ve noticed, I´m from Czech and even though I learn english for a longer time, I still make a lot of them.
    PPS: I love your pants <3 😀

    • Hi Bára! I hope you are having an amazing day!

You are super close on my age, I am 26. You think I look younger than my age? What a compliment! Thank you! 🙂

I am a certified personal trainer but believe that I learned to speak and workout from teaching yoga for 2 years. I was able to teach with my personal trainer certification. As I am currently going through yoga teacher training, I feel like I have SO much to learn and am working on getting better at pairing breath with a greater number of poses. 🙂

I am so glad to hear that you enjoyed this workout! It sounds like you are catching on quickly! 🙂

Ahhhh, thank you so much for sharing your favorite holiday tradition with me!!!! Wrapping presents is a lot of fun! I’m am amazed by your willpower not to eat sweets. If you and I ever meet, please teach me! 😉

Don’t you even apologize about your English. Keeping up with one language is hard enough. I am always enamored by those who communicate in multiple languages.

Thank you! My pants are called the Goddess Legging by Alo Yoga. They are super comfortable! 🙂

      Thanks so much for commenting!
