Halloween Workout

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

I hope you have fun plans for tonight. Justin and I have a laid back night planned and are hoping to get some trick-or-treaters. Since we have had a busy week and have yet to carve our pumpkins, I will post some throw back Thursday pumpkin carving pictures from 2010.

We are still planning to carve our pumpkins at some point this fall season. Any cool ideas?

Today’s workout is Halloween themed and great fun! Get ready to get your heart pumping and muscles burning with both cardio and body weight exercises. Rev up your metabolism to counter balance the Halloween candy you plan to consume later.

Workout #30
-15 minutes total/3 rounds
-5 exercises
-50 seconds exercise/10 seconds rest

Exercises
1) mummy kicks
2) spider crawl
3) spooked cat
4) frankenstein walk
5) gargoyle squats

Directions
Complete the video for one round. Play video again for round two and three. Feel free to add additional rounds if desired! If you are unsure how to perform a certain exercise, watch the demonstration video for that specific exercise.
