Mar 3 – Mar 7 Workout Schedule

Greetings!

I hope you all are having a rocking weekend! This week’s workout schedule kind of rocks itself so you will be able to jump right in. Get ready for twice the yoga this week, a new cardio ballet workout, a fun gymnastics inspired workout (really guys, it will take you back to your childhood), and a total body resistance workout that will leave you feeling amazing. Sound good? I hope so!
