Monday Mood Lifting Workout

Hello! I hope every single one of you is well and had an awesome weekend!

Justin and I spent the weekend visiting his family. We got to spend Saturday outside at the baseball field and it was such perfect weather to do so!

Justin’s youngest brother isn’t so little anymore (AT ALL). We enjoyed getting to see him play ball.

The weather was beautiful on Sunday as well. We took advantage of the crisp sunny day by going on a walk and throwing the football at the same time. Justin doesn’t do walks without some sort of ball to entertain him! 😉 It was beautiful. I forgot to bring my phone to take pictures but enjoyed being unplugged.

Monday Mood Lifting Workout

If you happen to have a case of the Mondays, give today’s mood lifting workout a try. It will get your blood pumping and endorphins flowing! For those of you who are embracing Monday and are already in a great mood, give the workout a try as well. In addition to bettering your mood, you will strengthen your muscles, boost your metabolism, tone your body and increase your lung capacity.

Workout #22
-14 minutes total/2 rounds
-7 exercises
-50 seconds exercise/10 seconds rest

Exercises
1) tabletop hand to foot right
2) tabletop hand to foot left
3) push-up feet to hands
4) plank twist and kick right
5) plank twist and kick left
-1 minute jumping jacks
-1 minute mountain climbers

Directions
Complete the video for one round. Play video again for round two. Feel free to add additional rounds if desired! If you are unsure how to perform a certain exercise, watch the demonstration video for that specific exercise.
