It has been quite a while since I have posted a new ballet workout. Today’s workout is dedicated to those of you who so kindly reached out to me to let me know how much you enjoy ballet workout videos! π I hope you all enjoy this quick yet effective ballet barre workout. It moves pretty quickly and I might seem kind of scatterbrained during the video but I have to tell you that I had so much fun! The fast pace left me feeling youthful, silly and energized.
