Move It Monday – Ballet Barre Tone Legs and Arms

Happy Monday!

It has been quite a while since I have posted a new ballet workout. Today’s workout is dedicated to those of you who so kindly reached out to me to let me know how much you enjoy ballet workout videos! πŸ™‚ I hope you all enjoy this quick yet effective ballet barre workout. It moves pretty quickly and I might seem kind of scatterbrained during the video but I have to tell you that I had so much fun! The fast pace left me feeling youthful, silly and energized. I’d love to know what you think!

Let me quickly update you guys as to why I was MIA for a while earlier this year. In addition to going through yoga teacher training, I started working a lot which consumed a bunch of my time leaving me very little time for Strive Here. While I am now finished with yoga teacher training, I am still working but am now working a bit less than earlier this year, leaving me some time to devote to Strive Here. To those of you who have been with me from the beginning and/or before my lull in posts, I want to thank you all so much for your support and for sticking with me! It truly means a lot!

    Unique workout! Love the new ballet moves! My arms kept trying to switch directions on me haha!!
