Move It Monday – Ballet Barre Workout – Butt and Legs

1) plie/pulse (top and bottom)/hold (top and bottom)
2) chair sit (top and bottom)/hold (top and bottom)
3) 1 legged chair sit (top and bottom)/hold (top and bottom)
4) chair sit open and close
5) chair sit up on toes
