Power Yoga Workout

Hi guys and happy Friday!

If you are looking to increase muscle strength while also improving your lung capacity and torching calories, you are in for a treat. Today’s power yoga routine will help you to accomplish all of the previously mentioned items. The fact that the workout can be completed in 30 minutes and includes a short stretch routine at the end makes it even better.
