Pretty in BRIGHT Pink Smoothie

Recipe adapted from Reboot With Joe

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces of raspberries
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 medium beet
  • 5 strawberries (strawberries not pictured because I forgot about them until the last minute)
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of ice

  1. Remove the arils from the pomegranate.
  2. Peel and chop the beet.
  3. Wash raspberries and strawberries.
  4. Pit the medjool dates.
  5. Add all ingredients to your blender, blend and enjoy!



The glass above is one out of 3 servings made from this recipe. I enjoy having the extra smoothie but if you do not, feel free to decrease the ingredient list to make a smaller batch.
