Relax and Tone Yoga

Well hello!

This post is actually for Friday’s yoga workout. The workout took HOURS to upload and wasn’t ready for viewing until 2 AM Saturday morning. Some of you might have been updated via Strive Here’s YouTube channel or other social media accounts, but for those of you who were not, here you go!

Relax and Tone Yoga is approximately 40 minutes long and includes strength, balance and flexibility moves to help you lengthen and loosen the muscles while building strength. The video includes a relaxation bit at the end that will leave you feeling noodle like (yes, this is a good thing :-)), light and refreshed.
