Splits Challenge Week 4 Update

Hello guys!

The end of the 4 week Splits Challenge has arrived. I hope you all have enjoyed this journey and surprised yourself with your flexibility. If your splits are not as low as you would like them to be, keep stretching and stay patient. Everyone will achieve the splits at a different time based on their starting flexibility and dedication. Thanks for doing the challenge with me! 🙂
