Tone and Lengthen Abdominal Workout

I apologize for the lack of workout yesterday. It is now posted and ready to help you lift and firm your backside. You can do it alone or pair it with today’s workout that is designed to lengthen and strengthen your abdominal muscles.

Workout #40
-3 exercises (complete each exercise on right and left side)
-20 reps of each exercise
-3 rounds

Exercises
1) side plank scissor legs lift
2) side lying hand to foot leg lift
3) plank leg circle

Directions
Watch the video to complete round one. Perform two additional rounds to complete the workout.
