Turkish Get-Up Challenge

Have you ever heard of the turkish get-up?

I had not heard of the exercise until a couple of weeks ago. At first glance, the turkish get-up may appear easy, but if you are diligent in your form, you will discover that the exercise is a fun way to work your entire body. Take your time, focus on your form while keeping your eyes up and you will burn calories from head to toe.

-14 minutes total/3 rounds
-2 exercises
-2 minutess exercise/20 seconds rest

Exercises
1) turkish get-up right
2) turkish get-up left

Directions
Complete the video for one round. Play video twice more for round two and three. Feel free to add additional rounds if desired! If you are unsure how to perform a certain exercise, watch the demonstration video for that specific exercise.
