Work It Wednesday – Yoga to Relax and Unwind

Hey guys!

Happy Hump Day! I hope you all are having an amazing week! My week is going well but after some running this past weekend, my body was SCREAMING at me. Hello uber sore muscles. I needed to take some time to give my body some love. Any of you guys in the same situation? Whether you are feeling tight, tired, sore or stressed; today’s routine has something in it to benefit you. Prepare to de-stress, stretch out and relax to a slow moving routine with nature sounds in the background.
