Workout #10 Yoga

You’d better believe it. I am posting in the morning! πŸ™‚

Workout #10 is an hour long yoga workout that will work every inch of your body. Lots of time is spent in downward dog so if your wrists get tired, feel free to spend some time on your forearms instead. Although this routine works every inch of your body, it is especially great at sculpting your back and shoulders! Yes, I know, summer is over and so are the days of sleeveless shirts for most people. No one ever said you can’t have great shoulders in the winter.

Grab your mat and get your yoga on!
