Workout #14 Full Body

It’s HUMP DAY! Woo-hoo!

If you did yesterday’s leg focused workout, are you as sore as I am? It hurts so good! 🙂

Today’s workout encompasses the whole body. You will finish the workout feeling challenged and accomplished. Always a great way to feel after working hard.

Workout #14
-14 minutes total/2 rounds
-7 exercises
-50 seconds exercise/10 seconds rest

Exercises
1) downward dog wacky hips
2) side lunge butt kick right
3) side lunge butt kick left
4) crab kicks
5) hip touch kick right
6) hip touch kick left
7) side to side push-ups

Directions
Complete the video for one round. Play video again for round two. Feel free to add additional rounds if desired! If you are unsure how to perform a certain exercise, watch the demonstration video for that specific exercise.
