Workout #15 Taste of Tabata

How has your Thursday been? Mine has been great thus far. I was able to compile a pretty long list of exercises I would like to include in future workouts. This will definitely help me save time in the upcoming weeks and I have some fun exercises that I am excited to share with you guys.

As for today’s workout, it only features one exercise and will have your muscles burning and your lungs gasping for air. That doesn’t sound like fun? It isn’t fun per se but will work your entire body and burn calories for hours after you are finished AND you will be finished in 4 short minutes. Sounding better? Tabata workouts are also great because they can improve BOTH your aerobic and anaerobic capacities. Are you convinced that this is a good thing and ready to give it a try? I hope so!

Workout #15
-4 minutes total/8 rounds
-1 exercise
-20 seconds exercise/10 seconds rest

1) spider crawl

Directions
Complete the video giving your all for one tabata. Feel free to do more than one tabata if desired but make sure you listen to your body and slow down if needed. If you are unsure how to perform the spider crawl exercise, watch the demonstration video below the workout video.
