Workout #19 Rock Hard Abs

Happy Wednesday!

We received somewhat of a cold front here in Texas (it’s 68 degrees) and I am thoroughly enjoying it! I’ve got the windows open and am loving the fresh air and outside noises.

Everyone wants rock hard abs. Although ab exercises are great for strengthening and sculpting the abdominal muscles, you won’t see the results you are looking for unless you incorporate cardio into your weekly workout routine and eat healthily. Today’s workout consists of six ab focused exercises with short bursts of cardio in between. You will definitely feel the burn and be on your way to rock hard abs in no time. 🙂

Workout #19
-rep challenge
-untimed/2 rounds (3 if you’d like to kick it up a notch)

Exercises
1) butterfly sit-up
5 burpees
10 standing knee to elbow hop touches
2) plank forward and backward slide
5 burpees
10 standing knee to elbow hop touches
3) advanced bicycle
5 burpees
10 standing knee to elbow hop touches
4) plank hand to knee
5 burpees
10 standing knee to elbow hop touches
5) plank toe tap
5 burpees
10 standing knee to elbow hop touches
6) 3 direction toe touch
5 burpees
10 standing knee to elbow hop touches

Directions
Watch the video once through to learn each exercise and complete round one of the workout. Complete a second round. Feel free to add a third round if desired!
