Workout #8 All Out Cardio

Hi guys!

I am AMPED after today’s cardio workout! Oh how I love endorphins! đŸ™‚

Although 30 seconds does not seem long, it is more than enough to get your heart pumping for the intervals listed below. I am excited to say that I performed the entire workout on video (no repeating the video for additional rounds)!

Workout #8
-16 minutes total/3 rounds
-8 exercises
-30 seconds exercise/10 seconds rest

Exercises
1) jumping jacks
2) high knees
3) butt kicks
4) mountain climbers
5) burpees
6) mummy kicks
7) squat jumps
8) crazy jacks

Directions
The video includes all three rounds. Complete the video for the entire workout. If you are unsure how to perform a certain exercise, watch the demonstration video for that specific exercise (links are listed below video).
