Apr 7 – Apr 11 Workout Schedule


Here is this week’s workout schedule. Start off the week with a yoga routine that will give you energy for the remainder of the week. Conquer the pyramid on Tuesday and feel like you are on top of the world! Blast away calories and get your heart pumping with Ballet Blast on Wednesday. Do not be deceived by Thursday’s short tabata workout. You will get your blood flowing in a short 4 minutes. Feel free to complete additional rounds for a longer workout. Wrap up your week with Lean Yoga on Friday.
