Ballet Yoga Fusion Workout

Hi guys!

Check out Strive Here’s Ballet Yoga Fusion Workout.

The sequence includes a mixture of ballet, yoga, and cardio poses that will get your heart rate up as well as tone, lengthen, and strengthen your muscles. My favorite exercise is the graceful bend and snap. Have fun toning your body while working it like Elle Woods from Legally Blonde! 😉

2) passe 3 way leg lift
3) chair pose
4) rond de jambe
5) graceful bend and snap
6) 1st position plie releve
7) 2nd position plie releve
8) downward dog lift leg up
9) one legged plank
10) runner’s pose
11) crescent pose
12) runner’s stretch
13) runner’s stretch with arms around body
14) step forward and back
15) stomach alternate arm and leg lift
16) bridge/ballerina abs

    thanks for this ~ i really enjoyed the whole routine. and as a HUGE fan of Legally Blonde + Elle Woods, it made me so happy for the “tribute” move you created. i think she would be *beyond* ecstatic that you turned her signature move into an exercise {“exercise gives you endorphins. endorphins make you happy…”}. 😉

    it would be great to have more routines like this one {love the ballet/yoga combo ~ great suggestion, helen!}. maybe the next one could flow a bit faster or have less rest between each of the exercises? i don’t mind the explanations, especially for new movements, but it would be fab in a non-stop flow type of routine as well.

    i can’t say it enough ~ i am *so* thankful for having discovering your videos and appreciate all you do! thank you for creating and putting out enjoyable workouts {and taking suggestions from your viewers}. xoxo 🙂
