Cardio Ballet Workout

Hello hello!

Here is the Cardio Ballet Workout that is on the workout schedule for tomorrow. If you are anything like me, you will be breathing hard pretty quickly and feel jello-like but energetic by the time it is over. Workout #55
-33 minutes
-8 exercises

1) alternating knee lift with pointed toes- 30 reps
2) hops (R and L)- 50 reps each side
3) 1st position jumps- 30 reps
4) 5th position forward kick (R and L)- 30 reps
5) 2nd position jumps- 30 reps
6) 5th position side kick (R and L)- 30 reps
7) 5th position switch jump- 30 reps
8) 5th position back kick (R and L)- 30 reps
Cool down.

  • Kylie, thanks so much for these workouts! I love how you’re doing the workout along with us, your positive reinforcement, and that you’re okay with messing up and getting tired. I know most of your workouts are yoga- specific, but I’d love to see more ballet workouts in the future πŸ™‚

      I appreciate your request! I am releasing a new yoga workout video next Monday and will plan to release a ballet workout the following Monday, January 26th. Let me know if you have any specific areas of the body you would like to work on and I can try and touch on them in the video.
