Cardio Yoga Fusion

Good evening!

I hope you are ready to get your heart rate up, accelerate your metabolism as well as strengthen and lengthen your muscles.

Today’s workout will help you do all of the above while changing things up to keep you from getting bored. We will start out with 10 minutes of high intensity interval cardio and finish up with a quick yoga routine.

Cardio Portion
-10 minutes total/2 rounds
-5 exercises
-50 seconds exercise/10 seconds rest
Yoga Portion
-15 minutes

Exercises
Cardio
1) seal jacks
2) side to side hop
3) burpees
4) plie jacks
5) mountain climbers
Yoga
1) warrior 1
2) warrior 2
3) warrior 3
4) reverse warrior

Directions
Complete the video for a heart pumping, sweat inducing, muscle toning workout.

    Great workout! This one was intense!

  • I’m just 60 and couldn’t quite do the full workout, most, but not all. I’m going and keep trying to improve.
    I love almost all the workouts. this one is very challenging for me.
