Feb 3 – Feb 7 Workout Schedule

Hi guys!

Let me start by filling you in. After posting weekly workout schedules for the month of January, I decided to stop for the month of February in order to gauge feedback. I was wondering if anyone was using the workout schedules, and if not, I was happy to move on and try something new. When checking in on my website earlier this afternoon, I had a comment from someone on Saturday stating that they were anticipating this week’s workout schedule. And the trend goes on. Thank you so much, Helen, for your feedback!

Without further ado, here is this week’s schedule. Wednesday’s workout is new and lot’s of fun. Let me know what you guys think. 🙂
