Feel Good Yoga Workout

Hi guys!

I hope you all are having a wonderful week! Today’s yoga workout does exactly what the title says, it makes you feel good. You will work your entire body while spending a little extra time on the legs and wrap the sequence up with some breathing exercises that will leave you feeling relaxed and good all over. Are you ready for a yoga high?

    I loved everything about this workout!! It was wonderful! I am so glad that you give so much attention to breath in your yoga videos, I always feel so much better after them – they are a gift!!
