Fit Friday – Lift Kick Hop Yoga – Total Body Toning

I hope that you guys have had a great week and are looking forward to an awesome weekend! My mom and sister came to visit this week and we are visiting Justin’s family this weekend. Do you guys have any fun plans in store?

Squeeze a little fitness into your weekend with today’s workout. In less than 15 minutes, you will work your entire body. Looking for more than a 12 minute workout? Complete this video multiple times, pair this video with another Strive Here workout or some other form of exercise. Want to know my favorite thing about this workout? It is FUN! I LOVE seeing how high I can lift, kick and hop and working my body while doing so!
