Enjoy a quick ballet sequence that will improve your balance while lengthening and strengthening your muscles. Feel free to complete twice for a longer workout.

1) front leg lift/ arabesque (R)
2) graceful x
3) front leg lift/ arabesque (L)
4) dancer’s bow (R)
5) graceful x
6) dancer’s bow (L)
7) graceful x
8) dancer’s pose (R)
9) graceful x
10) dancer’s pose (L)
11) graceful x

    really enjoyed the balance challenges of the arabesques and dancers; i can’t jump, so i did a relevè {sp?} instead for the ‘graceful x’ jumps ~ whew! definitely got the heart pumping. 🙂 thank you!
