Move It Monday – Ballet Kickboxing

Hi guys! Long time no talk. I have missed you all! I hope everyone has had an amazing Monday. If you are looking for a new workout then you are in luck! Today’s workout combines graceful ballet moves with the fierceness of kickboxing. It is one thing to stay balanced when in ballerina mode but a whole different story when you add kickboxing to the mix. Know that it is okay if you wobble a little bit. I was right there with you teeter tottering my booty off! Now let’s hop to it!

2) 2nd position>forward punch
3) 1st position>tendu front>back kick
4) 2nd position>cross punch
5) 1st position>tendu back>front kick
6) 2nd position>uppercut
7) 2nd position>releve>hold
8) squat>hold
9) squat>side kick
10) twirling arms
