Move It Monday – Ballet Tabata

Hey guys! I am so happy to be back and bring you a fun new workout on Move It Monday!

Strive Here’s Ballet Tabata is a fast paced workout that will work many parts of your body:

  • legs: check
  • butt: check
  • core: check
  • arms: check
  • lungs: check

Workout #72
-25 minutes

1) squat pulse
2) side to side back foot tap
3) 1st position jumps
4) side to side back foot tap
5) 2nd position jumps
6) side to side back foot tap
7) jump switch
8) side to side back foot tap

    goodness… I only made three intervals! I def like the preview screen too! 🙂 I am going back to a slower one. Hahaha!

      Way to go for completing 3 intervals! It is definitely a more intense workout. It had me huffing and puffing for sure.

        I am more sore today than yesterday! 🙂 I better try it again. That is an awesome workout!

        • The same thing happened to me! DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). It gets me every time!
