Move It Monday – Get Moving Yoga

Happy Monday!

I hope you all had a great weekend.

Some of you mentioned that you enjoyed the last quick yoga routine I posted stating that it was great to tack onto the end of a workout. Others mentioned that it was great for them to ease back into working out. I am so happy to hear opinions and really appreciate the feedback! That being said, I’ve got another quick yoga routine for you guys! I hope you all enjoy it and please contact me with any video requests you may have. I love to hear your ideas! 🙂

-13 minutes

1) plank/walk
2) cobra
3) downward dog/toe tap
4) arm and leg extension
5) camel pose
6) ending stretches
