Happy Happy Monday!

I hope all of you had a great weekend and are ready to conquer the beginning of a new week! 🙂 My weekend was spent with family and we were outdoors a large percentage of the weekend. I sure am loving Texas weather right now!

If you are rocking a short attention span today, this video is for you as you can expect a large variety of poses! 😉 Today’s flow features a set of awesome yoga hands painted by my sister and is complete with the sounds of nature and appearances from 3 different cats! I LOVE taking exercise outside!
