Move It Monday – Running and Strength Workout

Happy Monday!

Today’s workout is one that you can enjoy while you are unplugged and outdoors. Get outside and notice the smell of the grass, the clouds in the sky and the wind in your hair. Keep your muscles working hard by alternating between running and strength exercises. Complete the workout once for a 20 minute workout and twice if you are looking for something more intense. P.S. I would really like to pull off a running exercise video. I have racked my brain and am not sure if I can make that happen unless you guys plan to run with your phone… Thoughts?

  • Love it! Breaking up the running with intervals helps break up the monotony (my biggest issue with running)
    about the video….I suppose the same idea but it would be with jogging in place, high knees, butt kicks. Or not 🙂

      I will try and to at least one more running workout to the website before the weather gets undesirable. Haha regarding the video, I am at a loss. Maybe one day I will be cool enough to do a running video! 😉
