Happy Happy Monday!

I cannot believe that we are through the first week of September already! Are any of you guys experiencing fall weather? I am so excited that it is nearing apple season!!! Yay for honeycrisp and opal apples!!! Crisp, juicy, sweet and tart all at the same time! What is your favorite apple?

Moving on to the new yoga routine! Today’s flow will wake you up, strengthen your body, open your body and leave a smile on your face. At least it did on mine! Get ready to flow fairly quickly and finish in a state of awesome! I’m not kidding! I was left feeling goofily sleepy and charged at the same time. 😉
