Move It Monday – Yoga Abs Add On Workout

Happy Monday!

How was your guys’ weekend? Mine was great! My husband and I ran sprints at the track and did some yoga on Saturday. Shortly after, I had 4 hours of yoga teacher training. The training is going well. I am learning so much! When I got home, Justin had dinner ready and surprised me with Divergent from Redbox. I was so excited as I had been wanting to see the movie since it came out in theaters. Hubby for the win!

On Sunday, Justin and I lifted weights and did some more yoga. Oh, how I love when my husband does yoga with me! We made a quick trip to the store, made a joint effort lunch and spent the rest of the day watching football and doing housework. I love simple weekends!
