Punch and Kick

Good morning!

I hope all of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Justin and I spent Thursday and Friday at his family’s house and Saturday and Sunday at my family’s house. We enjoyed good company, pretty weather and lots of good food. I ended up making Caramel Apple Date Dip to take to my in-laws and Candied Lime Sweet Potatoes to take to my family’s house. I also made Inside Out Peanut Butter Cups for both sides of the family. I have previously posted the Caramel Apple Date Dip recipe and here is the link for the Candied Lime Sweet Potatoes. The Inside Out Peanut Butter Cups were liked by many and are an enjoyable vegan alternative to Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. I will do a post on them soon. What did you guys end up making for Thanksgiving?

I hope those of you celebrating Hanukkah have been having a wonderful week with family and friends. For those who are celebrating Christmas, have you started decorating yet? Justin and I got our Christmas tree Monday night and I decorated our balcony yesterday with some colorful lights. 🙂

Moving onto workout #47. Get ready to punch, kick, sweat, blast calories and have fun! I filmed the workout yesterday and am quite sore today. It is definitely a good one.

1) squat alternating forward kick -50 total
2) knee in side kick – 25R 25L
3) squatting cross punch – 50 total
4) knee in cross punch – 25R 25L
5) in and out wing arms side leg tap – 25R 25L
6) single leg kick – 25R 25L
7) forward and backward kick – 50 total
8) reach and tuck – 25R 25L
