Workout #4 Quick Abs


I hope everyone has had a great day so far. Today’s workout focuses on the abdominal muscles with bursts of cardio in between. Burn baby burn!

Downward dog is on of my favorite yoga positions. It can be modified to target certain muscles and, on its own, is wonderful for strengthening and lengthening the body. Any opinions on today’s downward dog exercises? Did you feel the burn?


Workout #4
-10 minutes total/2 rounds
-5 exercises (6 counting mountain climbers to be done between regular exercises)
-40 seconds exercise/20 seconds mountain climbers

1) bicycle crunches
mountain climbers
2) side crunch right
mountain climbers
3) side crunch left
mountain climbers
4) downward dog foot to hand
mountain climbers
5) downward dog knee to nose
mountain climbers

Complete the video for one round. Play video again for round two. Feel free to add additional rounds if desired! If you are unsure how to perform a certain exercise, watch the demonstration video for that specific exercise.
