Strength Building Yoga

Hey guys!

Let’s evaluate. Based on the number of Strive Here video views, yoga seems to be a favorite workout genre. Four out of the five yoga videos I have posted, not counting this one, are in the top ten videos section of YouTube Analytics. Based off of that information I assume that you guys enjoy the yoga workouts and have made Friday Yoga a tradition for Strive Here. Are you all enjoying the weekly yoga videos? Would you prefer yoga to be posted on a different day of the week? I would love to hear what you think. 🙂

Today’s routine involves a large number of backbend poses. Some benefits of poses that require you to arch your back are: increased spinal flexibility, increased strength (back, arms, shoulders, legs, glutes, core) and increased flexibility in the chest, core and hip flexors. I hope you will walk away feeling challenged yet accomplished and ready to take on the world.
