Total Body Tabata

Greetings!

I hope all of you have had a great Monday!

Give today’s workout a try to jump start your metabolism and keep it burning long after your workout. One tabata is four minutes, but Total Body Tabata seems to pass by even faster. The workout is comprised of 8 exercises, one for each interval, which means that you will only complete each exercise one time during each tabata. Anticipating the next exercise and using different muscles each interval keep one mentally engaged and the time flying by. Give it all you’ve got during the work periods and take it easy during the rest periods.

-4-20 minutes total/1-5 rounds of the 8 exercises listed below
-20 seconds exercise/10 seconds rest

Exercises
1) high knees
2) lunge (R)
3) lunge (L)
4) tricep dips
5) x-jumps
6) plank toe taps
7) superman
8) push-ups

Directions
Complete the video giving your all for one tabata. Feel free to do more than one tabata if desired but make sure you listen to your body and slow down if needed.
