Work It Wednesday – 20 Minute Yoga Flow

Today’s workout is a quick yoga flow. It is perfect to squeeze into your day or to tack onto the end of another workout.

1) plank
2) plank tap it out
3) chaturanga
4) upward dog
5) downward dog
6) downward dog lift leg up
7) revolved side angle pose
8) runner’s pose
9) low lunge
10) hip flexor stretch
11) hamstring stretch
12) pyramid pose
