Work It Wednesday – Ballet Barre Workout

Happy Wednesday! Happy Hump Day! Happy Camel Day! Happy Work It Wednesday! Do you guys know any other cool names for the day smack dab in the middle of our week?

I hope the beginning of your week has been wonderful and that just maybe you have been itching to do some ballet. 😉 If so, today’s workout will scratch that itch. Thank you, Colleen, for the suggestion! 🙂

1) curtsy wave/pulse/hold
2) diagonal sweep/pulse/hold
3) chair sit/hold/pulse/side to side
4) chair sit alternate back leg extension/pulse/hold
5) calf raise leg extension/hold
6) inner thigh leg circle
7) hip rock

    Great workout!! I think the curtsy wave was my favorite exercise! 🙂
