Below is a blooper cover photo for today’s workout. Many of my arabesques were quite wobbly today! Lucky for me and any other wobblers out there, wobbling does not make our workout any less effective! Yay! πŸ˜‰

    Loved this workout! Felt really good stretching/slowly working out my lower back! And my legs are still burning!
