Work It Wednesday – Standing Yoga

Happy Wednesday!

Today’s workout is great for toning your lower half while also engaging the core to assist you with your balance. Standing yoga is great for those of you without mats as you will not be taking it down to the floor. Feel free to perform this workout on the carpet, on a hard floor, in the grass or whatever surface suits you.

1) stand>crescent pose
2) stand>airplane
3) stand>warrior 3
4) chair pose>twist>raise and lower
5) 1 legged chair pose>raise and lower

    Wow Kylie! I am so happy for this! Sometimes my sinuses act up and poses like down dog do not feel very good. I am so grateful for this option!

    • It is great to hear from you Colleen!!! In planning this video, I was avoiding downward dog and other poses that put pressure on the wrists as one of mine is sensitive right now. I am thrilled that this routine will allow you to practice yoga without further aggravating your sinuses! You are more than welcome! 🙂
