Workout Video #2

I learned a valuable lesson today when filming and attempting to post workout #2. Lesson: View filming area on camera screen when in camera mode to eliminate cutting one’s head off when recording. Yes, this happened and I did not discover the issue until I had already filmed the entire workout. I made a mental note not to allow this to happen again, filmed a second time (I guess workout #2 was determined to be filmed twice. I will defeat workout #3 tomorrow. It will not be filmed 3 times!) and now present you with…….. WORKOUT #2!

Workout #2
-14 minutes total/3 rounds
-7 exercises
-30 seconds exercise/10 seconds rest

1) high knees
2) x-abs
3) squat front kick
4) tuck jump
5) superman lift
6) plie squat
7) x-legs plank

Complete the video for one round. Play video again for round two and three. Feel free to add additional rounds if desired! If you are unsure how to perform a certain exercise, watch the demonstration video for that specific exercise.
