Workout #6 Sculpted Butt

After yesterday’s workout my back, arms and abs are SORE! That being the case, today’s workout isolates the glutes to help you lift and firm your backside. I most definitely felt the burn which apparently gives one crazy eyes. You can see for yourself at the end of the video (around 8:05). Give it a try and let me know what you think. Did any of you experience crazy eyes?

-8 exercises
-50 seconds exercise/10 seconds rest

Exercises
1) hands and knees leg extension right
2) hands and knees leg extension left
3) hands and knees bent leg side lift right
4) hands and knees bent leg side lift left
5) hands and knees leg extension pulse right
6) hands and knees leg extension pulse left
7) hands and knees side kick right
8) hands and knees side kick left

Directions
Complete the video for one round. Play video again for round two. Feel free to add additional rounds if desired! If you are unsure how to perform a certain exercise, watch the demonstration video for that specific exercise (links are listed below video).
