Workout #7 Total Body

Good evening!

Sorry for the late post today. A YouTube viewer commented on Workout #4 and suggested that I shoot my videos a little closer so those watching can see better. I love suggestions and I went on a mission to improve my next video. In workout #6 posted on Friday, all of the exercises were done on the mat so it was simple to move the camera closer without the risk of cutting off my upper body during standing exercises. When talking to Justin about the issue, he suggested using two cameras and focusing one on mat exercises and the other on standing exercises. I love his idea and tried it out today with the camera on my phone (if you noticed and were wondering, this is why I used a timer on my computer in today’s video). Filming went well but editing was a long, crazy and unfortunately an unsuccessful process. To sum it up, the video editor that I use is not capable of multi-camera editing and therefore was no help in lining up the videos so that I could replace footage from my camera with close-up footage from my phone. I plan to look into this and figure out how to make it possible. In the meantime, I moved my mat closer to the camera and did both standing and mat exercises in that area. Do you like the zoomed in view?

The tricep plank push-up is an exercise that is new to me. It definitely engages the triceps and it quite challenging. My goal is to be able to go up into the push-up a bit more smoothly. What did you think of the exercise?
